Persistence – Commitment
Warriors Hang In There – Being committed means you already know it will be difficult and you will have to push through. Warriors do their best to inform themselves of the challenges ahead and to brush up all their skills, but nothing substitutes for dogged stick-to-it-iveness.
Warriors Never Surrender – Retreat is only a re-framing. You’ll see a better way to reach your goal. And sometimes new information makes for a goal change. No shame, there! This is the sign of lifelong learning. Warriors are life-long learners.
Warriors Honor Their Contracts – Warriors have to make alliances and promises. Some promises conflict with each other. Some contracts we end up not wanting to fulfill but there is just no way out but through. Warriors know how to concentrate on the future and keep trying to vocalize win-win solutions to ease everybody’s ride.
